Proposal for Live Painting and Live Guest Portrait Services

Hello!

I know there are a lot of choices when it comes to curating a wedding celebration. I am so happy that you have connected with my oil paintings and I am thrilled to be considered to treat your guests to the fun, personable experience of live portraits as well.

As an Air Force Veteran and a 12-year wedding veteran, I promise to bring professionalism and quality to every aspect of our working relationship. It is a special honor for me to play a role in each and every celebration. I am here to help you realize your wedding dreams.

All Portrait Bar options include:

6" x 9" archival watercolor paper, ink and paints
Your chosen color theme for the background accent
A bag or envelope and backing for each painting
Special tracking system to make sure each guest receives their portrait
Delivery of any unfinished portraits to one address

The Wedding Portrait will focus on you as the couple, set in your ceremony space. We will work together to set the scene and grab a few photos at a convenient time. I’ll make sure to include the important elements of your ceremony. Additional guests can be added for a fee.

2 .Wedding Scene

24 x 36 inch Live Oil Painting

The Wedding Scene works well to capture the grandeur of your ceremony. Include your family and/or wedding party, your curated decor and any element you’d like to remember fondly.

Make it a vertical painting for a grand portrait of the two of you. This size is very versatile and has the presence to hang on a larger wall or to fill a smaller one.

3. The Wedding Statement

30x40 inch Live Oil Painting

This size gives your imagination the space to play and room to tell the story of your ceremony. Include all of the elements that made it characteristically yours, such as many of your guests, an ornate ballroom, a sweeping view or we can make it a grand portrait of you and “your person” with choice background.

This piece will make a statement in any room. It works well above a mantel, a piano, couch or bed and will keep you coming back to find new details for years to come.

A deposit of $1500 will reserve your date. A contract is required to be fully booked. You will have a 48 hour grace period after you receive a contract to cancel for a full refund. This is not a binding contract
