Proposal for Live Guest Portrait Services
Hello Amber and Pearson!
I believe you will find live portraits to be a fun experience and thoughtful favor for your guests. I am thrilled to be considered to paint portraits for your wedding at Heron Hill! With the Live Portrait Packages I’ve detailed below, each of your guests will pose for a quick photo and many of the portraits will be ready to pick up at the end of the evening. The remainder will be finished in studio and mailed to you.
I hope you find the art experience that will speak to your personal aesthetic taste and provide a joyful, classical experience for your guests. I’m always happy to jump on a phone call to clarify any of the information or talk new ideas.

Package Options
for your Live Guest Portraits
Please note that 1 guest counts for 1 portrait - one 6”x9” painting can have up to 4 Adult guests
OPTION 1:
- Abstract portraits for up to 150 Guests
- Up to 4 hours of portrait service
- I will take photos of your guests and paint portraits in between
- Some paintings will be ready at the end of the evening
- Unfinished portraits will be mailed to you in one package

Abstract Portraits
OPTION 2:
- Abstract portraits for up to 175 Guests + An Assistant
- Up to 5 hours of portrait service
- My assistant will take photos of your guests and I will paint portraits all evening
- Many of the paintings will be ready at the end of the evening
- Second set-up location is included (e.g. separate cocktail area if needed)
- Unfinished portraits will be mailed to you in one package

Detailed Portraits
Option 3:
- Detailed portraits for up to 175 Guests + An Assistant
- Up to 5 hours of portrait service
- My assistant will take photos of your guests and I will paint portraits all evening
- Many of the paintings will be ready at the end of the evening
- Upgraded custom Watercolor design
- Second set-up location is included
- Unfinished portraits will be mailed to you in one package

A retainer of $1500 will reserve your date. A contract is required to be fully booked. You will have a 48 hour grace period after you receive a contract to cancel for a full refund.
