Proposal for Live Guest Portrait Services

Hi Andrey,

I know there are a lot of choices when it comes to curating a wedding celebration. I am so happy that you have connected with work and I am thrilled to be considered to treat your guests to the fun, personable experience of live portraits.

With the Live Portrait Bar Packages I’ve detailed below, each of your guests will pose for a quick photo and most or all of the portraits will be ready to pick up at the end of the evening. Depending on how long I have to work and the flow of guests through my station, if needed, the remainder will be finished in studio and mailed to you. I’m always happy to jump on a phone call to clarify any of the information or talk new ideas.

Your Portrait Bar will include: 

  • Handmade watercolor portraits with Abstract Faces for up to 25 Guests

  • Up to 4 Hours of live painting services

  • Indoor set-up display with Samples, Signage, and Decor

  • A bag or envelope for each painting

  • Portraits not finished at your wedding will be finished in studio and mailed to you.

  • Travel

PACKAGE 1: 6”x9” Portraits* $1600

PACKAGE 2: 9”x12” Portraits $1700

PACKAGE 3: 9”x12” Portraits with Custom Watercolor Design $1950

*Please note that 6”x9” portraits have a maximum of 4 Adults, but look best with 3 or less. Families of up to 5 with small children will also fit well.

Optional Add-Ons: 

  • Detailed faces

  • Display upgrades to include matting and/or frames

  • Service past 11pm

  • Outdoor Location

  • Direct mailing to guests

  • Allow your guests to pose more than once for $20/person. This can be billed after your wedding.

Jamie Peterson and her team did a beautiful job at my daughter’s wedding this summer painting abstract portraits of our guests. A deposit of $1000 will reserve your date. A contract is required to be fully booked. You will have a 48 hour grace period after you receive a contract to cancel for a full refund.
