I appreciate your interest in bringing a human-made, artistic experience to your upcoming event. Live watercolor portraits provide a delightful addition to any event and send your guests home with a truly unique keepsake. My team and I have painted portraits to benefit the Kershaw County United Way, Prisma Health Midlands Foundation, the Junior League of Columbia, Camp Cole, the Rosewood Educational Fund, and many more.
I have put together a range of options below so that we can best fit into your event budget, small or mighty.

The Portrait Bar base fee will include:
Up to 4 Hours of live painting services with artist, Jamie Peterson
A portrait assistant for sales and photographing guests
Set-up display with samples, lights, signage, and decor **
Portraits of guests done by photo on 6" x 9" archival watercolor paper, ink and paints
Custom sticker with Sponsor’s branding on packaging **
A bag or envelope for each painting **
We will mail portraits directly to the guests after the event
A custom webpage for your event where guests can pre-purchase portraits for a quicker experience at the event. **

Live Portrait Bar Base Fee: $1000
Guests Make $25 Purchase per Person for the Abstract-Style Portrait, $28 for Detailed Portraits
$500 in-kind donation is reflected in pricing
20% of profit from guest purchases will be donated back to the cause
Optional Upgrades
Add a custom illustration to be printed on each of your portraits. Samples shown $250.
Events over 150 guests require a second assistant. Add $150.
OPTIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Fully Sponsored Portraits - Add in increments of 50 or request an exact number quote.
These can be applied as first come, first served or Artist can provide pre-paid tickets for Sponsor to distribute.
$1000 for 50 Guest Portraits with Abstract Faces, client distributes
$1075 for 50 Guest Portraits with Abstract Faces, Artist mails directly to Guests
$1225 for 50 Guest Portraits with Detailed Faces, Artist mails directly to Guests
Partially Sponsored Portraits
Client can choose the amount they would like to contribute and to how many guests they’d like it to apply and we will do the math.
Example: Client would like to contribute $2000 to the first 200 guests who purchase portraits. We would give a $10 credit to each portrait purchased, so an Abstract portrait, mailed directly to the guest, would cost the guest $15, instead of $25.

Jamie Peterson and her team did a beautiful job at my daughter’s wedding this summer painting abstract portraits of our guests. Her portrait bar was attractive and approachable and created a little excitement for our friends and family. It was fun to watch them strike a quick pose and then receive a lovely keepsake of Ellis and Hank’s wedding.
Jamie was a dream to work with; professional, prompt and quick to respond to every question. As a floral designer and wedding stylist, I had admired her work for years and knew I would want to include her talents for my own daughter’s wedding reception.
Expectations of the Host
We request that the host provides the table, linens, chairs, and access to electricity. These first 3 items can be rented from us upon request.
We also request an environment conducive to easily and comfortably interacting with your guests. Please consider a location that one would be comfortable sitting for 4 hours straight. Consider noise levels, lighting (no uplighting, photographer flashes or strobes), smell, temperature, weather, bugs (they love our lights!), etc.
We would love to include some of your flowers or decor on or near our table to coordinate with your theme. We can provide a complementary table frame that looks beautiful with lights (we provide) or flowers (you provide).
Travel more than 20 miles outside of Columbia is not included in pricing.
Ready to Reserve your Live Painting Services?
Please complete the Proposal Acceptance Form to move to the next stage of booking. A $1000 deposit will be due to secure your date. I accept local company checks, Venmo, Zelle, cash and Credit Card (+3%) payments.
A contract is required to be fully booked. You will have a 48 hour grace period after you receive a contract to cancel for a full refund.
