Proposal for Live Guest Portrait Services
Hello Adrian and the Creative Players Foundation Team,
I believe you will find live portraits to be a delightful addition and meaningful experience for your guests. I am thrilled to be considered to paint portraits for your event! With the Live Portrait experiences I’ve listed below, each of your guests will pose for a quick photo. Some will be painted live and some will be finished in studio and mailed directly to each guest.

Included in your Portrait Bar
Up to 5 Hours of live painting services with artist, Jamie Peterson
Set-up display with Samples, Signage, and Decor
Abstract Portraits of guests done by photo, samples below
6" x 8" archival watercolor paper, ink and paints
Custom portrait design to match your theme
Branding for you and/or the sponsor in the form of a table sign, stamp or sticker for each painting and a tag/mention on the United in Paint Instagram.
A bag or envelope for each painting. Upgraded branded packaging available upon request for additional fee
Mailing of portraits directly to the guests
Tickets for each guest telling them how to retrieve their portrait after the event, as needed
Travel
CASH BAR: Guests Make $25 Purchase per Person Painted
$500 in-kind donation is reflected in pricing
20% of profit from guest purchases will be donated back to the cause
Cost to Host/Sponsor Paid up Front: $1900
Optional Upgrade 1: Add an Assistant to Take Payments and Photograph
Adding an assistant will allow me to paint all night, so your guests can watch their portraits come to life.
ADDITIONAL UPFRONT COST: $450
Optional Upgrade 2: Offer detailed portraits to the guests
If you think your guests would prefer their portraits to have detailed faces, we can charge $30/person.

Jamie Peterson and her team did a beautiful job at my daughter’s wedding this summer painting abstract portraits of our guests. Her portrait bar was attractive and approachable and created a little excitement for our friends and family. It was fun to watch them strike a quick pose and then receive a lovely keepsake of Ellis and Hank’s wedding.
Jamie was a dream to work with; professional, prompt and quick to respond to every question. As a floral designer and wedding stylist, I had admired her work for years and knew I would want to include her talents for my own daughter’s wedding reception.

A deposit of $1500 will reserve your date. A contract is required to be fully booked. You will have a 48 hour grace period after you receive a contract to cancel for a full refund.
