Proposal for Live Guest Portrait Services
Hello Elle!
I believe you will find live portraits to be a fun experience and thoughtful favor for your guests. I am thrilled to be considered to paint portraits for your wedding! With the Express Portrait Bar, each of your guests will pose for a quick photo and many of the portraits will be ready to pick up at the end of the evening. The remainder finished in studio and mailed to you. Below are a few options for you to consider.
I hope you find the art experience that will speak to your personal aesthetic taste and provide a joyful, classical experience for your guests. I’m always happy to jump on a phone call to clarify any of the information or talk new ideas.

Options for your Live Guest Portraits
Please note that 1 guest counts for 1 portrait - 1 painting can have up to 4 Adult guests
OPTION 1: Abstract Faces for up to 100 guests
- Guests pose for a quick photograph
- Up to 5 Hours of Live Painting included
- Plus an extra set-up for Cocktail hour included
- Portraits not finished at the end of your reception will be painted in studio and mailed to you.

Abstract Faces - 6”x 9”
OPTION 2: Abstract Faces for up to 120 guests
- All of your guest portraits will get a portrait!
- Everything from option 1 is also included

Detailed Faces - 6”x9”
OPTION 3: Pretty Portrait Bar
- Everything from Option 2 plus all of your guests will receive a detailed portrait. (see samples below)
- Includes an upgraded, ornate background

Abstract Faces - 6”x9” with Ornate Background
All Portrait Bar options include:
6" x 9" archival watercolor paper, ink and paints
Your chosen color theme as part of the background accent
Custom, stamped text for each portrait
An engagement portrait
A detailed 9x12 wedding portrait
A bag or envelope for each painting
Optional Add-Ons:
Overnight - Services requested beyond 11pm will incur an additional $700 overnight charge
Assistant - Having an assistant will allow time for more portraits to be ready at the end of the evening. Guest counts over 150 require an assistant
Second set-up, in a different location, for example during cocktail hour. Unless noted above, this is an add-on
Display upgrades to include matting and/or frames.

A deposit of $1500 will reserve your date. A contract is required to be fully booked. You will have a 48 hour grace period after you receive a contract to cancel for a full refund.
