Proposal for Live Guest Portrait Services
Hello Haley and Friends!
I believe you will find live portraits to be a fun experience and thoughtful favor for your guests. I am thrilled to be considered to paint portraits for your wedding! With the Express Portrait Bar, each of your guests will pose for a quick photo and many of the portraits will be ready to pick up at the end of the evening. Below are a few options for you to consider.
I hope you find the art experience that will speak to your personal aesthetic taste and provide a joyful, classical experience for your guests. I’m always happy to jump on a phone call to clarify any of the information or talk new ideas.

Options for your Live Guest Portraits
Please note that 1 guest counts for 1 portrait - 1 painting can have up to 3 Adult guests
OPTION 1: Express Portrait Bar
- Up to 100 Guests pose for a quick photograph
- Abstract Faces
- Up to 5 Hours of Live Painting included
- Portraits not finished at the end of your event will be painted in studio and mailed to you.
- Includes Travel

Abstract Faces - 6”x 9”
OPTION 2: Complete Portrait Bar
- Everything from Option 1 is included +
- Up to 150 Guests receive portraits with Abstract Faces
- A portrait photographer will assist so I can have more portraits ready at the end of the night
- Extra set-up for Cocktail hour is included

Additional portraits can be added at $18/guest
Detailed Faces - 6”x9”
OPTION 3: Lovely Portrait Bar
- Everything from Option 1&2 is included +
- Up to 150 Guests receive portraits with Detailed Faces
$4900
Additional portraits can be added at $23/guest
9”x12” with Ornate Logo (Available upgrade)
All Portrait Bar options include:
6" x 9" archival watercolor paper, ink and paints
Your chosen color theme as part of the background accent
Custom, stamped text for each portrait
An engagement portrait
A detailed 9x12 wedding portrait
A bag or envelope for each painting
Travel expenses
