Proposal for Live Guest Portrait Services

Hi Holly and Edward,

I know there are a lot of choices when it comes to curating a wedding celebration. I am so happy that you have connected with work and I am thrilled to be considered to treat your guests to the fun, personable experience of live portraits.

With the Live Portrait Package I’ve detailed below, each of your guests will pose for a quick photo and many of the portraits will be ready to pick up at the end of the evening. The remainder will be finished in studio and mailed to you. I’m always happy to jump on a phone call to clarify any of the information or talk new ideas.

Your Portrait Bar will include: 

  • Handmade watercolor portraits for up to 115 guests with Abstract Faces

  • Live painting services with artist, Jamie Peterson from 5pm-8pm

  • Set-up, prior to guest arrival, with Sample, Signage, and Decor

  • Second set-up for cocktail hour

  • 6" x 9" archival watercolor paper, ink and paints

  • Detailed 9”x12” portrait of wedding couple

  • A bag or envelope for each painting

  • Portraits not finished at your wedding will be finished in studio and mailed to you.

Optional Add-Ons: 

  • Larger groupings and larger paper

  • Detailed faces

  • Display upgrades to include matting and/or frames.

  • Additional hours of service. Add $200/hour

  • Service past 10pm. Add an additional $500 for overnight stay.

  • Direct mailing to guests.

  • Custom watercolor design.
