Proposal for Live Guest Portrait Services

Hi Molly,

I know there are a lot of choices when it comes to curating a wedding celebration. I am so happy that you have connected with work and I am thrilled to be considered to treat your guests to the fun, personable experience of live portraits.

With the Live Portrait Packages I’ve detailed below, each of your guests will pose for a quick photo and many of the portraits will be ready to pick up at the end of the evening. The remainder will be finished in studio and mailed to you. I’m always happy to jump on a phone call to clarify any of the information or talk new ideas.

Your Portrait Bar will include: 

  • Handmade watercolor portraits with Abstract Faces

  • Up to 4 Hours of live painting services with me, Jamie Peterson

  • Set-up display with Samples, Signage, and Decor

  • 6" x 9" archival watercolor paper, ink and paints

  • Detailed 9”x12” portrait of wedding couple

  • A bag or envelope for each painting

  • Portraits not finished at your wedding will be finished in studio and mailed to you.

Optional Add-Ons: 

  • Larger groupings and larger paper

  • Detailed faces

  • Display upgrades to include matting and/or frames

  • Service past 11pm

  • Direct mailing to guests

  • Custom watercolor design

Options for your Live Guest Portraits

Please note that 1 guest counts for 1 portrait - one 6”x9” painting can have up to 3 Adult guests

PACKAGE 1:

- Abstract portraits for up to 150 Guests

- Up to 4 hours of portrait service

- I will take photos of your guests and paint portraits in between

- Some paintings will be ready at the end of the evening

- Unfinished portraits will be mailed to you in one package

PACKAGE 2:

- Abstract portraits for up to 200 Guests

- Up to 5 hours of portrait service

- An assistant will accompany me to take photos of your guests and paint portraits in between

- Many of the paintings will be ready at the end of the evening

- Second set-up location is included (e.g. separate cocktail area if needed)

- Unfinished portraits will be mailed to you in one package

- Everything from Option 2 for all 250 of your Guests +

- Upgraded, complimentary custom watercolor design on each portrait
