Proposal for Live Guest Portrait Services
Hello Taylor and Robert,
I believe you will find live portraits to be a fun experience and thoughtful favor for your guests. I am thrilled to be considered to paint portraits for your wedding! With the Express Portrait Bar, each of your guests will pose for a quick photo and many of the portraits will be ready to pick up at the end of the evening. Below are a few options for you to consider which I think will work best for the experience you are curating.

Custom options for your Cocktail Hour and Reception Portrait Bar
OPTION 1: Express Portrait Bar for up to 150 guests, one artist
- Guests pose for a quick photograph and I paint many portraits at the reception
- Includes “abstract faces” (see sample below), color accent and custom stamp, and bags for portraits
- Those portraits not finished at the end of your reception will be painted in studio and mailed to you in one package.
- Includes travel expenses

Add portraits for $15 each as needed
OPTION 2: Express Portrait Bar for up to 150 guests with detailed faces, one artist
- Everything from OPTION 1 + portraits will include detailed faces
- Fewer portraits will be finished at the wedding because they take longer

Add portraits for $20 each as needed
OPTION 3: Open Portrait Bar for 150 guests with detailed faces plus an assistant
- Everything from OPTION 1 + an assistant will accompany me to allow many more portraits to be accomplished at your wedding.
