Proposal for Live Painting Services
Hi Allison and Jonathan,
I believe you will find live portraits to be a fun experience and thoughtful favor for your guests. I am thrilled to be considered to paint portraits for your wedding in Hollywood, SC! With the Live Portrait Packages I’ve detailed below, each of your guests will pose for a quick photo and many of the portraits will be ready to pick up at the end of the evening. The remainder will be finished in studio and mailed to you.
I hope you find the art experience that will speak to your personal aesthetic taste and provide a joyful, classical experience for your guests. I’m always happy to jump on a phone call to clarify any of the information or talk new ideas.

All Portrait Bar options include:
6" x 9" archival watercolor paper, ink and paints
Your chosen color theme as part of the background accent
Custom, stamped text for each portrait
A detailed 9x12 portrait of the couple
A bag or envelope for each painting
Delivery of any unfinished portraits to one address

Please note that 1 guest counts for 1 portrait - one 6”x9” painting can have up to 3 Adult guests
OPTION 1:
- Abstract portraits for up to 125 Guests
- Up to 4 hours of portrait service
- Some of the paintings will be ready at the end of the evening
- Unfinished portraits will be mailed to you in one package

- Abstract portraits for up to 150 Guests
- Second set-up location is included (e.g. separate cocktail area if needed)
- Up to 5 hours of portrait service
- An assistant will accompany me to take photos and track guests
- Many paintings will be ready at the end of the evening
- Unfinished portraits will be mailed to you in one package

A deposit of $1500 will reserve your date. A contract is required to be fully booked. You will have a 48 hour grace period after you receive a contract to cancel for a full refund.
