A pricing guide for the elevated guest experience of Live Watercolor Portraits at Non-Profit and Benefit Events

Dear Planning Team,

I appreciate your interest in bringing a human-made, artistic experience to your upcoming event. Live watercolor portraits provide a delightful addition to any event and send your guests home with a truly unique keepsake. My team and I have painted portraits to benefit the Kershaw County United Way, Prisma Health Midlands Foundation, the Junior League of Columbia, Camp Cole, the Rosewood Educational Fund, and many more.

I have put together a range of options below so that we can best fit into your event budget, small or mighty. You can choose to gift each of your guests a complimentary portrait or we can set up a cash bar, where your guests purchase their portrait and we donate a portion of the sales back to your cause.

Classic Portraits (choose mouths or no facial features)

The Portrait Bar base fee includes:

Up to 4 Hours of live painting services with artist, Jamie Peterson
Set-up display with samples, lights, signage, and decor **
Portraits of guests done by photo on 6" x 9" archival watercolor paper, ink and paints
Custom sticker with Sponsor’s branding on packaging **
A bag or envelope for each painting **

Guests Make $25 Purchase per Person for the Classic Portrait; $30 for the Grand Portraits

$500 in-kind donation is reflected in pricing

20% of profit from guest purchases will be donated back to the cause

Fully Sponsored Portraits - Add in increments of 50 or request an exact number quote.

These can be applied as first come, first served or Artist can provide pre-paid tickets for Client/Sponsor to distribute.

Ready to Reserve your Live Painting Services?

Please complete the Proposal Acceptance Form to move to the next stage of booking. A $1250 deposit will be due to secure your date. I accept local company checks, Venmo, Zelle, cash and Credit Card (+3%) payments.

A contract is required to be fully booked. You will have a 48 hour grace period after you receive a contract to cancel for a full refund.
