Remember this Moment with a 100% handmade watercolor portrait by Jamie Peterson. Jamie is known for her ability to capture accurate likenesses, even without facial features!
You’ll receive a 6×9 portrait in the mail that resembles your shapes, hair, clothing and jewelry. Groups with 4 or more adults may be made on a 9×11 inch paper.
Photo requirements:
People should be standing, if possible.
Head to toe images are best, head to knees at minimum
NO selfies or high angle photos
Clear enough image to see outer edges of person (not pixelated)
Backgrounds not included
Pets are people too
Elaborate poses, hats, costumes, etc. may incur additional cost. You will be notified if your photo would require an up-charge.

Above is a sample of what your guests will see when they scan your unique QR code for your event.
They will have the option of purchasing a portrait and uploading their photos directly through this page.
I personally paint every portrait and mail it directly to the purchaser.
Because this is a new service for United in Paint, I am happy to offer our custom set up at no charge to you. Our Mobile Portrait Bar Package includes:
A self-standing sign with your unique event branding
Pretty gift tags with the QR code and instructions for guests to take.

There is a $200 web page set-up, and design fee and then you are simply charged per guest:
PARTY PORTRAIT: We take high quality scans of every portrait and put them together in one big portrait of the event. $250 for One, $50 for any additional copies.
GUEST PHOTOGRAPHER: Host one of our trained photographers to greet guests, explain the process and handle the photography. $50/hour (include travel time)
Mobile Portrait Bar FAQs

We will provide a beautiful sign for you to display asking guests to use a custom QR code to submit a photo.
We will also supply gift tags with the QR code and instructions that guests can take with them.

No. We encourage guests to submit while at the event so they don’t forget to take pictures all dressed up. Your guests will have 7 days to submit their photos.

Each portrait is hand-painted and will be mailed in approximately 2-3 weeks.

We carefully mail each portrait with strong backing board inside a polyurethane bag for protection.

We accept multiple photos for larger groups, but in general, no. We paint from one photo. Combining photos may incur an additional fee.

Each painting is on a 5.75 × 8.75 inch 140lb. watercolor paper.

Generally we include a necklace, wedding ring, drinks (if you are holding them) earrings, hat, purse or bracelet if they are prominent, but jewelry is not guaranteed.

The paintings are priced per number of people in each painting.
If you would like a duplicate of the same people, it is the same price as each piece is painted separately.
