Proposal for Live Painting Services
Hello Lindsay and PLCC Team,
I believe you will find live portraits to be a fun experience and thoughtful favor for your guests. I am thrilled to be considered to paint portraits for your Gala. With the Live Portrait Packages I’ve detailed below, each of your guests will pose for a quick photo and many of the portraits will be ready to pick up at the end of the evening. The remainder will be finished in studio and mailed to you with an option to mail directly to your guests.
I hope you find the art experience that will speak to your organization’s aesthetic taste. I’m always happy to jump on a phone call to clarify any of the information or talk new ideas.

All Portrait Bar options include:
6" x 9" archival watercolor paper, ink and paints
Your chosen color theme as part of the background accent
Custom, stamped text or a branded sticker for each portrait
Display and signage at the event as needed
A bag or envelope for each painting
Special tracking system to make sure each guest receives their portrait
Delivery of any unfinished portraits to one address

Jamie Peterson and her team did a beautiful job at my daughter’s wedding this summer painting abstract portraits of our guests. Her portrait bar was attractive and approachable and created a little excitement for our friends and family. If you see an Option above that works for your event, please complete the Acceptance Form below.
A deposit of $1500 will reserve your date. A contract is required to be fully booked. You will have a 48 hour grace period after you receive a contract to cancel for a full refund. This is not a binding contract
