Client Responsibilities

We would love to have access to the full day so that we can plan our arrival, set-up and service to flow seamlessly with your day.

We reformat your guest list and bring it along to make for a quick, smooth experience for your guests and to make sure we track everyone’s portrait.

A 3’x6’ or 3’x8’ table, linens, one chair per UiP employee

We bring a 10ft, black extension cord with a power strip on it to power our lights and charge our camera phones and tablet if needed.

Please consider the weather, bugs, wind and noise levels when determining our location. Indoor settings are preferred.
Please send a floorplan and we can guide you on the best location.

A vendor meal for each UiP employee present. No seafood please.
